It is a historical location that is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners and is accommodating for your guests to stay. YKI has 2 outdoor areas to hold your ceremony in, Courtyard & Creekside.  Courtyard can also be used for a reception. Kendall Halle Ballroom is a beautiful spot to hold a reception for up to 300 guests, seated.

Last night we attended San Antonio's Wedding Guide 51st Book Release Party, which was held at The Cana Ballroom in Boerne,TX. The theme was Alice in Wonderland, which was executed perfectly with the flowers & decor, done by Floral Visions, Rebeca Cox Designs & Revive Vintage Rentals. The cakes and desserts were delicious and creative, which were done by Betty Jane's Bakeshoppe & Meemo's Bakery. Catering was done by Anne Marie's. The entertainment was performed by Blow My Cover Band.

Fall-Inspired Bridal Shower

Are you hosting or searching for fall-inspired bridal shower ideas? Below are highlights from a Real Bridal Shower, hosted by the MOH & Aunt. Floral and some decor was done by Events by JC. It was a beautiful and laid back celebration. The bride requested "unwrapped gifts," but still acknowledged everyone's gift one by one. The "unwrapped gift" is perfect for the green bride and makes it easier on the guests. The event lasted about 3 hours. Drink Wall

Wondering how to make your cocktail hour entertaining and memorable? Check out this unique idea! Real Bride, Erin, created a "Drink Wall" for guests to walk up and be handed a drink through the wall. The "drink wall" was placed at the entrance of the venue between the ceremony site and reception site. Placement is very important because you don't want guests to miss this awesome feature!
