Emily & Ricky's Real Wedding

We had a the pleasure of coordinating Emily and Ricky's wedding, Saturday, June 27, 2015. It was a beautiful reception that took place at The Gardens of Old Town Helotes. As guests arrived, they were greeted with passed apps and chilling margaritas! This was perfect for a warm, Texas day. After mingling for about an hour, the food stations opened and guests enjoyed the delicious spread provided by Rosemary's Catering. There were many options to choose from: carved meat, ceviche, salad bar, mashed potato bar and pasta station. The night was full of dancing and singing, entertained by Stan Wayne Productions. Other vendors included: Cake Art, Great Events and Rentals, Brian Shofner Photography and Mark Thomas Pro Photo and Video.

San Antonio Botanical Gardens

As a member of Professional Wedding Consultants of San Antonio, we visit venues in order to continue our education and network with fellow event industry professionals. Our June meeting took place at San Antonio Botanical Gardens and was catered by Anne Marie's Catering. It was a beautiful day to tour the property and see all the unique spots to host an event. Thank you to Anne Marie's Catering and SA Botanical Gardens for making us feel at home!

Brigid & Harrison Real Wedding

We were honored to coordinate Brigid and Harrison's wedding at The Witte Museum on Saturday, May 30, 2015. The ceremony took place in the Texas Heritage Center, which set a beautiful scene with large glass windows. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and hors-d'oeuvres in the Memorial Auditorium followed by the reception. Throughout the evening, guests were welcome to wonder the magical property and explore in the H-E-B Treehouse. Instead of a traditional first dance between bride and groom, Brigid and Harrison performed a "first song" with ukuleles, while their bridal party stood behind them accenting the song with other instruments. It was very cute and unique! During dinner, guests were entertained by Mariachi Azul. The rest of the evening was spent eating sweet treats and dancing the night away.
