Deborah & Willie's Wedding

Congratulations to Deborah+Willie! We had the pleasure of coordinating their happy day last weekend at The CW Hill Country Ranch. It was a nice, cool day with no rain which made our bride very happy! As guests arrived, they signed the guest book and placed their gifts in the gift trough. We loved all the unique features that the venue included, especially all the wooden barrel tables and antique pieces you will find throughout the space. Deborah had a lot of creative ideas that she turned into DIY decor for the wedding. After the "I DOs," guests enjoyed mingling outside with cocktails while the Bride and Groom took pictures. Lots of live music, dancing and fun filled the night as Deborah and Willie enjoyed their first night as husband and wife! Sparks flew as the couple bid farewell to their friends and family. Here are some highlights we captured, enjoy!

Deanna & Rick's Wedding

Happy Wedding Wednesday! Today, we look back on Deanna+Rick's beautiful hill country wedding. The ceremony took place along the Guadalupe River under massive cypress trees. There was a chance of rain that day, but with a little prayer and happy thoughts, the rain blew over - thank goodness! It was a hot day, so there were iced-down waters for guests waiting at the ceremony site, along with program fans. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails, appetizers and the DIY photo booth. Texas BBQ was on the menu followed by cake & lots of dancing! The newlyweds bid a farewell with sparklers. We hope this brings inspiration to your event!

Tips for Tuesday: Rain Plan

All this rain has us thinking about Megan+John's wedding that was last year. It also happened to have been raining from Hurricane Harvey. Tips for Tuesday: have a rain plan that can be quickly executed. Our original plan was to have the ceremony in the courtyard, but that was impossible with the weather. We tried to make it as equally beautiful by opening the curtains so guests could at least see outside the windows and adding an archway with greenery, that happened to be beer hops. Happy Planning! ðŸ’œ
